In Sep-2012 we have recertified for next 3 years upto 2015 for implementation of ISO 9001 & 2008 Moody International

Customer Feedback

We investigate faults and prepare a report and then invite customer to visit us or we visit them. CUSTOMER'S QC representatives come to us and we together prepare a final report with solutions. LE follows that report and takes needed steps, either modification/ improvements in design/ working method
